  • How much does this style cost?

    All prices can be accessed through the booking site unless it is a style that is not apart of my services.

  • Are you able to do this style?

    I am opened to trying new styles that aren’t apart of my services. Send a reference picture with a description (color, length, size, add-ons) & I’ll determine if I am able to accomplish that choice of service. Discounts might be applied.

  • Is the hair provided?

    All hair is provided.

  • What colors are provided?

    All hair colors are available, no additional cost unless it is a custom color mix.

  • Is human or synthetic hair used for Boho Curls?

    Human hair is used for Boho Curls.

  • How long does this style last?

    The majority of my services lasts for at least 1+ month(s). The smaller the parts, the longer it’ll last. Styles last longer with the proper maintenance.

  • Are deposits refundable?

    All deposits are non-refundable, even if you cancel. Unless there’s a cancellation on my end.

  • Is the deposit included in the price?

    Regular appointment deposits are $10 & are included in the price. Squeeze in deposits are $30 & are not included in the price.

  • If I don't have CashApp where do I send the deposit?

    Deposits can only be sent through CashApp. You are welcome to create an account or send the deposit through someone who does have CashApp.

    When you send your deposit whether if it’s through you or someone else please note ‘your name, date/time of appt’.

    If there’s a conflict please contact me before booking.

  • Can I send the deposit later this week?

    You must be deposit ready when booking. All deposits must be sent within 30 minutes of booking to secure your spot.

  • Can I pay partially in cash?

    All payments must be paid in cash.

  • Can my parent/friend stay with me?

    No additionally guests are allowed.

    However, it is permissible if you are under the age of 14. It is not mandatory for underaged clients to be accompanied by a guardian.

    It can only be the parent & client. You must remain respectful to me, my space, & my policies.

    I need to be advised if you are being accompanied by a parent.

  • Do you offer touch-up or take down services?

    Yes. The perimeter of the style will be re-done during the touch up. If you have Boho Curls, they’ll be refreshed as well.

  • What's the difference between Mid-Back & Waist Length?

    Mid-Back = directly in the middle of your back

    Waist Length = your waist, right above your butt

  • When does your calendar open?

    My calendar opens every 4th Sunday.

  • "I tried to book an appointment and didn't see any available appointments"

    If you’re trying to book for the following month and no appointments show up that is due to that fact that month hasn’t opened. The following month opens every 4th Sunday.

    (2/2) I am completely booked for that month. You’re welcome to check my WaitList calendar to see if there are squeeze in slots. I don’t falsify my availability. Due to the amount of clients who want the same update, I update my website and Instagram when there are any cancellations or rescheduled appointments rather than individually informing everyone.

    Those who reach out about my availability have a slight possibility to be squeezed in.

  • Do you service children?

    Yes, I service children ages 5+. Clients 14 & younger can be accompanied by ONE parent/guardian.

  • Do you braid over locs?

    Yes! Just consult with me first before booking.

  • Do you service men?

    I do not service men, women only.

  • "I'm trying to book an appointment for someone else"

    When booking an appointment for someone else—whether it's for a family member or a friend—it is imperative that you submit their information, not yours.

    This ensures that the appointment is correctly scheduled for the intended individual.

    If the individual is underage (14 or younger), the appointment should still be booked under their name, with the contact information provided being that of a parent or guardian.

    This helps me manage appointments effectively and ensures that all necessary details are in place for a smooth experience.

  • Do you do house calls?

    I do not do house calls. I am located in East Orange.
